RONALD TOCCHINI has served as both a legal and strategic advisor to several Fortune 500 companies and hundreds of emerging-growth ventures. His law practice involves consular law and cross-border business transactions, including corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, tax, and technology licensing. In addition to his transactional work, Mr. Tocchini has successfully argued over 35 complex cases in state and federal courts across the United States. He has also represented clients at US diplomatic missions in Europe, Latin America, and the Far East.
Mr. Tocchini read economics and law at Brigham Young University (BYU) and has since taught university subjects covering corporate law, comparative legal traditions, international treaty enforcement, and modern media. He continues to research and write in these fields today.
