The Burns Law Office, P.L.C. was founded in 2001 and is located in historic downtown Chandler, Arizona. We are a full service Immigration and Nationality firm dedicated to the effective and aggressive representation of individuals, families and businesses and the protection of their rights as provided by law.
Mr. Burns began practicing immigration law in 1998. He served as Chair of the Arizona Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Assoc (AILA) for three consecutive terms (2009-2012). Mr. Burns also served as the 2011-2012 Chair of the AILA National Family Immigration Committee.
Mr. Burns and his associates handle cases before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR - Immigration Courts nationwide), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the 9th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) and U.S. Consulates worldwide.
